1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, registering for classes, seminars, tournaments, or submitting application documents, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of Sports Taekwondo Federation (STF).

2. Martial Arts Training & Physical Fitness

Taekwondo is a physical contact martial art. Applicants certify that they are medically fit to participate in physical exercise, sparring (Kyorugi), and technical drills. The Federation adheres to strict safety protocols; however, participants assume normal risks associated with athletic sports.

3. Document Verification

Applicants must submit genuine personal photographs and official government-issued identity documents (Aadhaar Card) for registration and Dan grade records. Providing counterfeit documents results in immediate cancellation of federation privileges.

4. Code of Conduct

All practitioners, instructors, and officials must adhere to the traditional martial arts tenets: Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, and Indomitable Spirit. Any unsportsmanlike behavior or breach of discipline may result in revocation of membership.

5. Intellectual Property

All curriculum materials, logos, tournament branding, seminar materials, and certificates are the exclusive property of Sports Taekwondo Federation and Master M. John De Britto.

1. Information We Collect

We collect applicant information including full name, mobile number, email address, gender, weight in kilograms, applicant photograph, and Aadhaar Card identity proof strictly for admission verification, weight category division in tournaments, and Dan certificate issuance.

2. Aadhaar & Personal Document Protection

Identity documents (Aadhaar cards) uploaded through this portal are treated with the highest degree of confidentiality. They are used exclusively by the authorized admissions committee to verify applicant age, citizenship, and identity. We never sell, rent, or trade personal data or identity cards to third-party commercial entities.

3. Communication & WhatsApp Notifications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive direct transactional updates, seminar schedules, registration confirmations, and verification receipts via WhatsApp and SMS from the Federation office.

4. Data Storage & Security

Uploaded documents and data are stored on secure enterprise database infrastructure protected by industry-standard encryption, strict authentication token policies, and access control.

Official Fee Regulations · Sports Taekwondo Federation

1. Education Seminars & Workshops

Seats in national seminars are strictly limited due to stadium/hall capacity and individual master coaching. Cancellations requested more than 7 days prior to the event are eligible for a 75% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the seminar date are non-refundable, but the seat may be transferred to another eligible student from the same dojang with prior approval.

2. Dan Promotion & Certification Examinations

Evaluation fees paid for Black Belt / Dan grade examinations cover examiner fees, belt embroidery, processing, and national registry filings. In the event an applicant cannot appear on the scheduled test date due to medical reasons, the fee will be credited towards the next official examination test date.

3. Event Postponement

In the unlikely event an educational seminar or competition is postponed by the Federation due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., weather or administrative reasons), the registration remains 100% valid for the rescheduled date.
